When Nicole moved to Warwick, NY in 2014, she made a deliberate decision to put down roots and fully immerse herself in the community she now proudly serves. She was born in Brooklyn, raised on Lake Hopatcong, NJ, and later returned to Brooklyn before settling in Warwick. Additionally, she has experienced a variety of markets and neighborhoods firsthand giving her a unique perspective on what drives buyer demand and long-term value.

Professional Background
Before entering real estate, Nicole built her professional foundation as a Floortime Behavioral Specialist, working with special needs children at Celebrate the Children in Denville, NJ. Seeking flexibility and entrepreneurial growth, she launched and successfully operated Nicole Marie Painting for over three years, building strong client relationships through referrals and reputation.
As her career evolved, Nicole developed a passion for branding, content creation, and strategic marketing. That path led to leadership roles including Marketing Director for Home Tour Vision, marketing consultant for Aerie Preserve, and content creator for NuOp. While working alongside industry professionals, her leadership and impact were recognized, resulting in her promotion to Director of Marketing and later Director of Marketing and Growth for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Green Team.
Her professional background in business ownership, marketing strategy, and growth positioning informs how she supports clients today. As a result, she approaches real estate with a strategic mindset and a strong focus on long-term value. Additionally, her experience in growth positioning helps clients understand how market perception can influence property value.

Outside of real estate, Nicole is a proud mom of three active boys, a role that keeps her grounded and connected to what matters most. Family time often includes hiking, fishing, and boating, along with hands-on DIY home projects that strengthen her appreciation for craftsmanship, detail, and well-designed spaces.
Her commitment to community service extends beyond her professional role. Nicole actively supports organizations including Backpack Snack Attack, the Warwick Valley Humane Society, the VFW, and local initiatives that strengthen the community she calls home.
