Her role involves overseeing marketing strategies, design and driving growth for the brokerage. Nicole's expertise in marketing and her ability to understand the needs of both buyers and sellers make her a valuable asset. 

Nicole decided to pursue her passion for real estate further by obtaining her real estate license. Her diverse experiences within the real estate industry have provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the market and the intricacies of buying and selling properties.

Professional Background

Before venturing into the world of real estate, Nicole McCormick pursued her passion as a Floortime Behavioral Specialist, working with special needs children at Celebrate the Children, a school in Denville, NJ. After having her first son, Nicole and her ex-husband decided it was best for her to stay at home and raise their children.  After three boys, moving to Warwick, NY, and then later divorcing Nicole decided she needed to have flexibility in her work schedule, for her children, while utilizing her artistic abilities; This led her to start her own business called Nicole Marie Painting which she successfully ran for over 3 years with many happy clients and referrals. After Covid-19 closed her business, she needed to explore new opportunities. Her experience utilizing social media, content creation and design as a platform to promote non-profits and her own business led her into a career in marketing. She worked as Marketing Director for Home Tour Vision, a real estate photography company based in Florida, NY, Aerie Preserve, a new residential development in Rock Tavern, NY, as a marketing consultant and then NuOp as a content creator. While working with Geoff Green at NuOp, he quickly recognized her talents and drive for success therefore promoting her to Director of Marketing shortly after.  With her continued advancements and love of people, she was promoted to Director of Marketing and Growth to assist in the expansion of the brokerage. This led her into her journey as Nicole McCormick, Real Estate Salesperson. 

Her Journey 

Nicole McCormick's connection to Warwick, NY runs deep. She discovered the town during a search for a place to raise her family, ultimately finding Warwick to be the missing piece of the puzzle. While exploring the area, her GPS brought her into the Village of Warwick during “Home for the Holidays”. The enchanting holiday atmosphere, reminiscent of her beloved Hallmark Christmas movies, and the warm hospitality of the community captured her heart. After years of working with a dedicated real estate agent, Nicole and her family finally settled in Warwick, NY, where she has since become deeply rooted. 

Embracing her new community, Nicole has been involved in various local initiatives and organizations. She serves as an admin of the Warwick, NY Parents Group and played a pivotal role in the establishment of Warwick Playground Dreams, a grassroots 501(c)(3) organization that successfully fundraised and subsequently completed a community built ADA playground at Stanley Deming Park. Nicole's volunteering efforts extend to supporting the VFW, Warwick Valley Humane Society, Warwick Valley Rotary Club, and Backpack Snack Attack. Notably, she also founded and created the Warwick Relief Market, a testament to her dedication to helping others. Her devotion to her children's education and involvement in their activities, such as soccer, track, and football, demonstrates her commitment to her family and community.

Outside of her professional life, Nicole finds solace in the great outdoors. She enjoys hiking and fishing with her children, taking full advantage of the natural beauty that surrounds Warwick, NY. Nicole also appreciates the local activities, restaurants, and live music scene, immersing herself in all that the area has to offer.

Real Estate

Nicole's journey into real estate is rooted in her personal experiences as a homeowner. Having owned three homes in her life, she has been intimately involved in the buying and selling process for each of them. This firsthand experience has provided her with a deep understanding of the emotions and considerations involved in making such important life decisions. 

The decision to become a real estate agent was influenced by Nicole's admiration for her co-workers and their passion for the profession. Witnessing their dedication to clients and the joy they found in helping others find their dream homes inspired her to follow suit. Nicole's extensive community involvement,  eye for design, in-depth knowledge of the area and marketing skills make her a perfect fit for assisting clients in selling and finding their homes.
